Central Coast Surf Academy delivers year-round, school-tailored surf safety and education programs that align with Surfing Australia’s Safe Surfing curriculum and the NSW Department of Education risk guidelines. Trusted by primary school and secondary schools across the Central Coast and beyond, we select the safest beach environment for every group. and age level.
Every Safe Surfing session is customised to your school’s needs – whether it’s a 1 hour introductory lesson, a 2-3 hour skills workshop, or a full day surf safety course.
Our Surfing Australia accrediated Coaches guide students through ocean awareness, hazard identification, board skills, and safe entry/exit techniques, building confidence and repsect for the sea.
Our Safe Surfing School Group program offers:
- A curriculum-aligned program that meets Surfing Australia's Safe Surfing Standards & NSW Department of Education risk standards
- Custom scheduling to suit your timetable
- All equipment required for students - boards, wetsuits and rash vests
- Experienced, accrediated Coaches with First Aid qualifications and Bronze Medallions
- Mulit-beach access - we surf safely!
